We asked PCB way to make a sheet metal part that could be folded by hand around a PCB to make an EMC enclosure. They added perforations to the bend lines and we were able to bend the material easily....
The part is of a good quality and with a nice finish. The size is correct and the part fits the other parts.

I like my NUC but I dislike the fan noise. Figured if I attached a passive heatsink to it, all the noise will go away. Only problem is they don't make passive heatsinks for mobile processors. Solution...
this project did not come out as desired, they were both warped, one more than the other, I assumed they would come with supports and I was incorrect.
To tolerance and works great in my application, looking forward to ordering these again
