Scope: Machining of mechanical equipment components, precision parts manufacturing, metal component fabrication, and production/sales of plastic products and molds.

3D Printing Specialization: 3D printing services for metal, plastic, and resin components.

• ISO 13485:2016 (Medical Devices QMS)

Scope: 3D printing services for medical device components (metal, plastic, resin) and customized anatomical medical models.

• GJB 9001C-2017 (Military & Defense QMS)

Scope: Manufacturing and management standards for high-reliability defense and mission-critical equipment.

We do not accept the manufacturing and production of weapons-related and military-related parts.

2. Manufacturing Standards & Tolerances

CNC Machining Standards

Tolerances are strictly controlled within ±0.2 mm (±0.01") in accordance with ISO 2768 (Medium Class) by default. For tighter tolerance requirements, please provide technical drawings indicating critical dimensions.

3. Five-Step Quality Control Process

I. Pre-production Document Check

Before production begins, our engineering team conducts a comprehensive technical evaluation of your design. We assess 2D/3D drawings, material compatibility, surface finish feasibility, and structural integrity. We provide DFM (Design for Manufacturing) feedback to eliminate potential issues before processing.

II. Raw Material Guarantee

Justway strictly audits material and surface treatment suppliers. Upon request, we provide Material Certifications usually including: material grade, chemical analysis, mechanical properties, and batch numbers.

III. Advanced Production Equipment

To ensure precision, our facilities are equipped with industry-leading machinery, including:

• Mazak: 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC Machining Centers and Turn-milling Complex Machines.
• Sodick: High-precision EDM equipment.
• Mitsubishi / Amada: Laser cutting, NCT punching, and precision press brake machines.

IV. In-process Quality Control (IPQC)

We comply with ISO 9001:2015 requirements throughout the production cycle. For mass production, we perform FAI (First Article Inspection). Our IPQC team monitors every stage of the technological process to ensure consistency.

V. Final Quality Inspection (FQC)

Our dedicated QC team performs a 100% inspection of finished parts before shipment. We verify part quantity, critical dimensions, threads, tolerances, and surface aesthetics.
