Privacy Policy & Agreement

1.1.Intellectual Property Rights and Publicity

You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to your data, drawings, designs, and specifications (“Customer Data”). Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as transferring ownership of such rights to Justway.
By submitting Customer Data to Justway, you grant Justway a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, limited license to use such data solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders, manufacturing and delivering the parts, providing customer support, performing quality assurance, and improving our internal manufacturing processes and technologies. This license is non-transferable and non-sublicensable and will automatically terminate upon the completion of the related order, except where retention is required by law, regulation, or for quality assurance purposes.
Justway shall not use, copy, modify, disclose, or reproduce any Customer Data for third-party benefit or for any purpose unrelated to your order without your prior written consent. Any Customer Data containing confidential or proprietary information remains subject to the confidentiality obligations set forth in Justway’s Privacy Policy and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
You authorize Justway to identify you or your company as a customer for reference purposes, such as inclusion on Justway’s website or in general client listings, provided that you have not objected in writing. For any additional use of your trademarks, logos, or related brand materials—including promotional campaigns, case studies, or press releases—Justway will obtain your prior written consent. If such consent is withdrawn, Justway will promptly remove or cease use of the related materials.

2.Your Representations

You represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent, and that all data, drawings, and specifications you provide to Justway are accurate, complete, and submitted with the necessary rights and permissions to enable Justway to fulfill your orders in accordance with Section 1.
You further represent and warrant that all products, parts, designs, or data you provide or request to be manufactured will be used and distributed in compliance with all applicable national, regional, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to export control, import, customs, and product safety requirements.
You acknowledge and agree that Justway does not accept or process Export-Controlled Data. “Export-Controlled Data” means any technical data, software, or product that is restricted for export under applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”), or similar export control regimes in other jurisdictions.
By submitting any data or placing an order through Justway’s website, you certify that your data (including 3D CAD files, drawings, and related documentation) and/or your order do not include any Export-Controlled Data, and that the manufacturing, shipment, or use of the parts requested will not violate any applicable export control, embargo, or sanction laws.
You are responsible for ensuring that your data and designs are correctly classified under relevant export control regimes and that no license or authorization is required for Justway to receive, process, or manufacture the provided information. Justway reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel any order if it reasonably believes that processing the data or manufacturing the parts would violate export control, embargo, or sanction regulations.
You further represent that you will not use Justway’s products or services, directly or indirectly, for any purpose prohibited by applicable law, including the development, production, or use of weapons, or in connection with any entity or individual listed on sanction or denied-party lists maintained by the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the United Nations.
If you become subject to trade sanctions, embargoes, or other government restrictions that prohibit the receipt of services from Justway, you must immediately discontinue use of Justway’s services and notify us in writing.

3.Our Commitment
