Carbon Fiber Plate
Material type: Plastic, CF, High hardness
Carbon fiber plate is a board made of carbon fiber prepreg, which can replace the use of steel and aluminum. Its molding process is to arrange the carbon fiber prepreg in a certain angle and then solidify it in the mold. It has good properties such as high tensile strength, corrosion resistance, earthquake resistance, and impact resistance, and can give full play to the strength and elastic modulus of carbon fiber.

Material advantages
It is light in weight and high in strength. Compared with steel plates, the mass of carbon fiber plates is only 1/4 of steel plates, but its strength is 7 to 9 times that of steel. Corrosion-resistant and low thermal expansion coefficient, carbon fiber composite materials are non-metallic materials and do not oxidize with oxygen. And it can withstand the corrosion of chemical substances such as acid, alkali and salt.
Material shortcomings
The cost is higher, compared with traditional metal materials, the manufacturing cost of carbon fiber plastic panels is higher, including raw materials and processing technology. Poor repairability, carbon fiber plastic panels are difficult to repair compared to metal. Once damage or breakage occurs, the entire component usually needs to be replaced rather than simply repaired.
Recommended description
Carbon fiber sheets are widely used in aerospace, automobiles, sports equipment, construction and other fields due to their excellent strength and lightweight properties. However, their advantages and disadvantages need to be comprehensively considered in specific projects and made based on demand and economic feasibility. Reasonable choice.
