At Justway, we specialize in custom manufacturing (3D Printing, CNC, Sheet Metal, and Injection Molding). Your delivery timeline is the sum of Production Time and Transit Time.

1. Order Processing & Production

Initial Processing: Orders enter production within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
3D Printing: Fast-track orders completed in as little as 48 hours.
CNC & Molding: Timelines vary; check your order page for the "Estimated Finish Time."

2. Orders Combination & Payment Policy

Save on Shipping: You may combine multiple orders to minimize fees. By grouping orders, you confirm that all orders will ship together based on the completion of the last item in the group.

Note: If you have urgent parts, please pay for them separately to ensure they ship on their individual expedited schedules.

3. Logistics Carrier Details

DHL

2–5 business days worldwide.
Pickup: 12:00 & 18:00 (UTC+8) daily (excl. Sun/Holidays).
Supports DDP service upon request.

FedEx

3–7 business days worldwide.
Pickup: 16:30 (UTC+8) daily (excl. Sun/Holidays).
Supports DDP service upon request.

UPS

3–7 business days to most global addresses.
Leading provider for specialized transportation.

OCS (Japan Special)

2–3 business days.
Dedicated localized service for Japanese clients.

Budget & Specialized Shipping

Global Standard / Direct: 6–10 business days. Recommended for orders under $250~150 USD. Supports IOSS for EU B2C.
Small Packet & Postal Parcels: 30–90 days. Max 2kg. High risk of loss; recommended only for low-value, non-urgent items.
EMS: 7–15 business days depending on destination.
Air & Sea Freight: For large-volume orders. Please contact your sales representative for a custom solution.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and import duties/taxes. We offer the following options:

Standard (DDU): Default option; the customer is responsible for all local taxes and duties.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Available for DHL and FedEx. Justway can arrange for the carrier to pay duties on your behalf (billed to you later).
IOSS (EU B2C): For Global Direct/Standard orders to the EU under €150, Justway supports IOSS for pre-payment of VAT.

Crucial Note on Customs Clearance: Regardless of whether DDU or DDP is selected, the customer is required to cooperate with local customs for the clearance process. If the customs office requires specific documentation or information from the importer of record, it is the customer's responsibility to provide it in a timely manner to avoid delivery delays or returns.
