When will I receive my order?

Your order delivery timeline depends on three key factors: **production time** (for custom parts), **shipping method** (selected at checkout), and **logistics conditions** (e.g., customs clearance, peak seasons). Below is a clear breakdown:


1. Production Time (Custom Parts Only)

Since we specialize in custom CNC machining, 3D printing, and injection molding, production time is added before shipping:

- Standard custom parts: 3–7 business days (simple designs, standard materials).

- Complex/customized parts: 7–15 business days (special materials, precision requirements, large quantities).

- Rush orders: 1–3 business days (available for an additional fee—contact your sales representative to request).


*Note*: Production time starts after your design is confirmed and payment is processed.


2. Shipping Time (After Production)

Shipping time varies by method (all timelines are **business days**, excluding weekends/holidays):

- **Peak seasons**: Holidays (e.g., Christmas, Chinese New Year) or logistics surges can add 3–7 days to delivery.

- **Remote destinations**: Delivery to rural/remote areas may take 2–5 extra days (even for express shipping).


4. How to Check Your Exact Delivery Estimate

- **Order details page**: Log in to your account > go to Order List > select your order > view the “Expected Delivery Date” (updated after production is complete).

- **Contact your sales representative**: They can provide a precise timeline based on your order’s production status and shipping method.

- **Track logistics in real time**: Use the tracking number in your order details to monitor the package’s progress (see our guide: *How do I track an order on justway.com?*).


Important Note

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery date, contact our After-Sales team immediately—we will investigate and provide compensation if the delay is our responsibility (e.g., production delays, shipping errors).
