International Order & Shipping Information

Justway currently offers international shipping to over 170 countries and several CN Territories, with clear timelines and options tailored to your needs:

Production & Shipment Arrangement

We typically arrange shipment within 2–4 business days after your order is confirmed (payment received and design approved). The total delivery timeframe depends on two core stages:

1. **Factory production time**: Time required to manufacture your custom parts (varies by order complexity—3–15 business days for standard custom orders).

2. **Logistics transit**: Time from when the courier picks up the package from our factory → delivery to the courier’s sorting facility → air shipment out of China → customs clearance → final delivery to your address.

Shipping Charges

How Rates Are Calculated

International shipping rates are determined during checkout based on:

- Your selected service level (International Economy/Express)

- Item type, quantity, and total weight (or dimensional weight, whichever is higher)

- Destination postal code

Price Transparency

- All order totals displayed on our site are in US dollars and include applicable shipping rates/fees—**no additional shipping charges will be added upon delivery** under normal circumstances.

- Exception for custom products: Due to packaging variations, estimated weight (used for checkout pricing) may differ from the actual/dimensional weight. We will only request additional payment if the difference in shipping costs is significant (we will contact you in advance for confirmation).

- Exclusions: Shipping rates do **not** cover tariffs, import taxes, remote area delivery fees, or special handling fees for oversized/hazardous parts (these are the responsibility of the recipient and collected by customs or the courier).

Important Notes

- Tariffs and taxes vary by country/region—check with your local customs authority for estimated costs before placing an order.

- Remote area fees may apply if your delivery address is in a rural or hard-to-reach location (the courier will notify you directly of these fees).

- For high-value or regulated parts, we recommend confirming customs requirements with your local authority to avoid clearance delays.

Customs & Duty FAQ

1. Who is responsible for paying tariffs and import taxes?

The recipient (you) is responsible for all tariffs, taxes, and customs-related fees. These charges are determined by your country’s customs regulations and are not included in your order total.

2. How can I estimate customs costs?

- Check your country’s customs website for tariff rates on industrial parts/machinery.

- Use online customs calculators (e.g., Duty Calculator) by entering your order’s HS code (we will provide this upon request), item value, and destination.

- Contact your local customs office directly for precise estimates.

3. What happens if my package is held by customs?

We will provide all necessary documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin) to support customs clearance. If additional information is required, we will assist you promptly. Delays due to incomplete customs documentation or unpaid fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
