Sales Representative or After Sales is not responding to me. What should I do?

1. It may be because of the anti-spam mail system to play a role, the mail block or sent to spam, please take the initiative to send a feedback.

 2.If they has not responded within a reasonable time frame and if your query concerning to an order, you can:

 a. Contact service@justway.com for feedback.

b. Open a dispute

If you’re not satisfied with an order or it has not arrived, you can apply for a refund by opening a dispute. Please make sure you do this within the Buyer Protection period.
