Refunds will only be processed to the **original credit/debit card used for your order**—for account security, we cannot transfer funds to alternative cards, bank accounts, or payment methods. Here’s how to resolve issues with expired or invalid cards:
If your original card has expired, been canceled, or is invalid:
- Reach out to your bank/card provider immediately (via phone, online banking, or in-branch).
- Card issuers typically intercept refunds sent to expired/invalid cards and:
- Transfer the funds to your new replacement card (if you’ve received one from the same bank), or
- Credit the money to your linked bank account (for debit cards) or issue a check (in rare cases).
- This process is handled entirely by your card issuer—funds usually arrive within 7–10 business days of our refund initiation.
If you have not filed a dispute with your card issuer and the refund remains unclaimed after 180 days:
- You may request to receive the refund via an alternative method (e.g., bank transfer).
- **Important warnings**:
- This option involves additional compliance checks and delays (4–6 weeks for processing).
- It carries regulatory risks (e.g., anti-money laundering requirements) and may require extensive documentation (proof of identity, original payment confirmation).
- We strongly advise resolving the issue through your card issuer first, as this is the fastest and most secure method.
If your card issuer confirms they have not received the refund, contact our Customer Service Team with:
- Your order number
- Confirmation from your bank that no refund was received
- We will provide a refund transaction receipt and escalate the issue with our payment processor to trace the funds.
Do not delay contacting your card issuer—most banks only retain refund funds for expired cards for 90–180 days before returning them to us. Acting quickly ensures you receive your refund without additional complications.
