Received parts don’t match design/drawings. How to dispute?

If the custom parts you received do not align with the approved design or technical drawings, follow these steps to initiate a dispute and resolve the issue:


Method 1: Contact your dedicated sales representative

Reach out to your sales representative directly via email or platform internal message (Leave message) to report the mismatch. Provide details about how the parts differ from the design (e.g., dimension errors, feature omissions) to help expedite the review process.

Method 2: Use the online chat service

Click the online chat button at the bottom right of our website to connect with our customer service team in real time. Explain the design/drawing mismatch and request support for dispute initiation.

Method 3: Open a dispute directly from your order list

Navigate to your order list and select the relevant order.

Locate and click the “Open dispute” button (available on the order details page).

Follow the prompts to submit your dispute request.

Important Tip

To speed up dispute resolution, prepare a clear description of the discrepancies (e.g., “Hole position deviates 2mm from the drawing”) and highlight specific areas where the parts fail to match the design/drawings. You may also attach photos, annotated drawings, or measurement records as evidence—this will help our team verify the issue quickly and fairly.
