If your custom parts have manufacturing defects—such as incorrect dimensions, mismatched materials, surface damage, or functional failures—follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Reach out to your sales representative via email or platform internal message (Leave message) to report the defects. Clearly describe the specific issues (e.g., “CNC-machined part is 0.5mm shorter than specified dimensions” or “Injection-molded component uses ABS plastic instead of the ordered PC material”) to ensure accurate understanding.

Click the online chat button at the bottom right of our website to connect with our customer service team in real time. Explain the defect details and request immediate support for verification and resolution.
Go to your order list and select the affected order.
Click the “Open dispute” button on the order details page.
Follow the guided process to submit your dispute, including a detailed description of the defects.

Important Tip
To accelerate the resolution process:
1.Prepare specific details: Note exact dimension deviations (with measurements), material mismatches (e.g., “ordered 6061 aluminum, received 5052 aluminum”), or other defect characteristics (e.g., cracks, warping, rough surfaces).
2.Attach evidence: Include photos/videos of the defective parts, annotated technical drawings (highlighting non-compliant areas), or material test reports (if available). This evidence will help our team validate the issue quickly and determine the appropriate solution (e.g., rework, replacement, refund).
