What Is a Payment Sharing Link?

Last updated on Dec 29, 2025

A **payment sharing link** is a unique, secure digital link generated by a merchant (e.g., Justway.com) for orders that require third-party payment. It allows someone else (e.g., friends, family, or your company’s procurement/finance team) to pay for your order **without logging in or creating an account** on the merchant’s platform. The link directly redirects the payer to a dedicated payment page, streamlining the (third-party payment) process while ensuring transaction transparency.

Core Advantages of Using a Payment Sharing Link

1. **No Account Required for Payers**: The recipient doesn’t need to register or log in to the merchant’s website—they only need to click the link to access the payment page.

2. **Supports Multiple Payment Methods**: Once the link is opened, payers can use common methods like PayPal, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or UnionPay (depending on the merchant’s support).

3. **Secure & Transparent**: The link is tied to a specific order, so payers only see the pre-confirmed order amount, shipping details, and payment options—no extra or hidden fees.

4. **Flexible Sharing**: The link can be sent via messaging apps (e.g., WhatsApp, WeChat), email, or any digital communication channel, making it easy to coordinate with third-party payers.

Step-by-Step Guide to Using a Payment Sharing Link

Follow these steps to generate and share a payment link for your Justway order:

1. **Complete Order & Generate the Link**: First, finalize your order (confirm custom parts, shipping method, and delivery address) on Justway.com. After submitting the order, a unique payment sharing link will be automatically generated.

2. **Copy the Link**: Locate the link on the checkout page, payment page, or “Uncompleted Payment” section of your order dashboard. Copy it to your clipboard.

3. **Share the Link**: Send the copied link to your chosen payer (e.g., finance team, friend) via email, SMS, or messaging apps.

4. **Payer Completes Payment**:

- The recipient clicks the link to open the dedicated payment page (pre-loaded with your order details: amount, delivery address, item description).

- They select their preferred payment method (e.g., PayPal, credit card) and enter their own payment details.

- Once payment is successful, your order status will update to “Paid” automatically, and Justway will initiate production.

Critical Notes to Avoid Payment Issues

To ensure the payment is processed smoothly and avoid disputes between you, the payer, and Justway, follow these key rules:

1. Match Delivery Addresses (Especially for PayPal)

If the payer uses **PayPal**, the “shipping address” entered in their PayPal payment process **must match the delivery address you specified in your Justway order**.

- Why? Mismatched addresses are a high fraud risk. If addresses differ, Justway reserves the right to refuse shipment—even if payment is successful. Payers can easily file a “goods not received” dispute with PayPal, leading to forced refunds and order delays.

2. Align Payment Location with Delivery Country

Avoid having the payer complete the payment from a country/region different from the order’s delivery address (e.g., delivery to the U.S. but payment made from Japan).

- Risks: This triggers merchant fraud detection systems, may freeze the order, or require additional verification (e.g., proof of relationship with the payer), causing unnecessary delays.

3. Verify Order Details Before Sharing

Double-check the order amount, item specifications, and delivery address **before sending the link**. If errors are found, edit the order first—payment links are tied to the original order details and cannot be modified after sharing.

4. Use Trusted Communication Channels

Share the link only via secure, trusted platforms (e.g., company email, personal WhatsApp) to avoid phishing or link tampering. Never share the link on public forums or with unknown parties.

Where to Find the Payment Sharing Link on Justway

You can access the link in three key locations on your Justway account:

- **Checkout Page**: Generated immediately after you confirm your order and proceed to payment.

- **Payment Page**: Found in the “My Orders” section when you select an unpaid order.

- **Uncompleted Payment Section**: A dedicated tab for orders with pending payments, where you can re-generate or re-share the link if needed.

If you encounter issues (e.g., link not generating, payer unable to open the link), contact Justway’s customer service at service@justway.com with your order number—our team will assist in reissuing the link or troubleshooting payment access.
