Justway.com offers secure bank transfer (wire transfer) payment for international customers, especially ideal for large-value orders. Follow these step-by-step instructions to complete your payment smoothly:


Step-by-Step Payment Process

1. **Select Bank Transfer at Checkout**: On the order payment page, choose the "Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer)" option.

2. **Obtain Payment Details**: Click "Continue" to view our official beneficiary account information (e.g., account number, SWIFT code, bank name).

- Default currency: **US Dollars (USD)**. If you need to pay in other currencies (e.g., Euro), please contact our customer service team—we will activate multi-currency acceptance for your order.

3. **Save Payment Information**: Print or screenshot the wire transfer details (including beneficiary name, account number, and payment amount) for reference.

4. **Initiate the Transfer**:

- Visit your local bank branch in person, or use your bank’s online/mobile banking platform to complete the transfer.

- Present the saved payment information to bank staff (if visiting in person) to ensure accurate processing.

5. **Include Order Reference & Confirm**:

- Add your **Justway order number** in the transfer’s "Remarks" or "Reference" field (critical for us to link the payment to your order).

- After submitting the transfer, notify your customer service representative with the transfer receipt (optional but recommended for faster verification).

- Order status will update to "Paid" once we receive the funds, and production will initiate immediately.


Transfer Processing Time

Typically 3–7 business days for international wire transfers (varies by your bank and intermediary banks).


Important Notes

1. **Currency Requirement**: Default payment currency is USD. If paying in other currencies, confirm with our team first to avoid conversion issues or delays.

2. **Order Reference Mandatory**: Always include your Justway order number in the transfer remarks—missing this may result in payment misalignment and production delays.

3. **Full Payment in One Transaction**: Transfer the **entire order amount in a single payment** (do not split into multiple transfers), as partial payments will not be processed.

4. **Cover Bank Fees**: Bank transfer fees typically range from **15–30 USD** (varies by your bank and region). To ensure we receive the full order amount, please add the estimated fee to your transfer.

- For reference: PayPal/credit card payments incur a 3–4% transaction fee, making bank transfer more cost-effective for large orders.

5. **Retain Remittance Slip**: Keep your bank’s transfer receipt (digital or physical) for future verification or dispute resolution.

6. **Follow Up on Status**: If your order status has not updated to "In Fabrication/Awaiting Delivery" within 5 business days of the transfer, contact our customer service team with your order number and transfer receipt for tracing.
