You can verify with a paid order detail when you find account, change email, change registered/login phone number, change password, delete account.

Especially when your email/phone number is no longer in use or cannot receive verification code, please click on 'other ways to verify' to find this option.

There are two methods to verify with card payment information:

1. Verify with an order number and it's card number. Order number should be a "j-******"

2. Verify with card number, order amount (in your own currency, in cents, please use dot) and payment date.
