Solid Custom PEEK Parts, Minor Packaging Blip

Just got my custom PEEK flanges and knurled rollers in, and overall, these are exactly what I needed for our equipment. The machining quality is top-tier—super tight tolerances, flawless finish, every piece fits perfectly with zero adjustments, which is exactly what we need for our high-precision production lines. Only tiny downside: a couple of the parts had a little scuff from the packaging during shipping, nothing that affects performance at all, just a minor cosmetic thing. The shop was quick to respond when I mentioned it, so that’s a win. This place still crushes PEEK precision machining, hands down. Will absolutely order again for our next batch.
