Custom cnc machined tooling fixture

My project was a custom machining fixture for my workshop. I love how easy it is to upload STEP files and get instant feedback on the website. I ordered this 304 stainless steel fixture for my in‑house testing setup. Tolerances were important for alignment. I chose as‑machined finish for this build. The fixture turned out clean, square and well machined, fits my assembly perfectly. I will say I was worried custom fixture jobs usually take a long lead time. I'm happy to say the part arrived earlier than estimated. Overall I would recommend them and I’m planning to place more fixture orders. I also got quotes from local machine shops and many of them charged a lot more for one‑off custom fixtures. Local shops have high setup cost for small batch jobs, while Justway has the process well streamlined, this is the best price I found for precision custom machined parts. If I could make a wish to Justway, I wish they offered hard‑chrome plating for fixture sliding surfaces. The current chrome plating option is decorative, thicker industrial hard chrome would help these tooling parts hold up better with repeated clamping use.
