Perfectly milled copper coldplate

I like my NUC but I dislike the fan noise. Figured if I attached a passive heatsink to it, all the noise will go away. Only problem is they don't make passive heatsinks for mobile processors. Solution? Raise the desktop heatsink away from the board and add a copper piece between its coldplate and the CPU package. Problem? the heatsink's coldplate has 2 levels. Solution? PCBWay's custom copper milling option. Now I have a silent pc.
