Good Product, Terrible Shipping & Customs

The chrome handles are well made. 6061 aluminum, nice finish, accurate machining—quality is fine. But the customs cost was a disaster. I paid about $83 for the parts, then got charged over $200 in duties. No one told me this would happen before I ordered. Turkey stopped the tax-free small parcel policy, so cheap postal shipping is gone. All packages now get full duties, and the seller didn’t inform me at all. This is unacceptable for Turkish buyers. If they don’t update their shipping methods and warn people about customs fees, they will lose many customers. Parts are good, but the whole purchasing experience is not worth it.
