Car interior support structure

During the product design process, a hollow truss structure was adopted, with multiple reinforcing ribs added inside. The edges were thickened to prevent deformation. There are slots that need to be able to withstand wear and have good toughness. It was difficult to break them. To keep the price low, 3D printing was chosen. JW recommended using PA12 nylon and the SLS process. After receiving the product and installing it, I would like to thank Li's service.
