We asked PCB way to make a sheet metal part that could be folded by hand around a PCB to make an EMC enclosure. They added perforations to the bend lines and we were able to bend the material easily....

Laser cut quality is not the best but the anodise and aluminium is good

All dimensions were good. a couple of corners had to be filed but that was expected. the fit was perfect.
Quality is okay. Cost is higher than PCB.
Parts came in clean, deburred, and to print. What more can you ask for. Oh yeah fast delivery.
I liked the build quality that you produced. There were some warps in the frame but overall it was good and it seems like the holes line up and that the other components fit together as expected.
